(GMP manufacturing), and Shaanxi Epassion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (product operations). Xi'an Jitai Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. was established. The registered capital is RMB 11 million. The business scope covers the research and development of chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicine, and biological products, as well as technical services for drug consistency evaluation and registration application work. Belonging to international student entrepreneurship enterprises.
2017: Yangling Base was established
Yangling Jitai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in July 2017. The registered capital is 60 million RMB, covering an area of 35000 square meters.
2018: Qualification upgrade
Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.
2019: Diversification and subsidiary expansion
Qualification certification: Recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Xi'an. Establishment of subsidiary: The wholly-owned subsidiary EPASIO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Yipaxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was established. Business Expansion: The subsidiary's business scope includes the production and sales of beauty foods, cosmetics, and food, as well as the sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
